To ensure safe transit, our bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a reinforced box. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a basic tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For safety reasons, helmets and components that have been installed cannot be returned unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, Lenny's Bike Shop provides professional fitting for all road, mountain, and gravel bikes purchased through our store. For online orders, we provide a detailed sizing chart and offer virtual consultations to help you find the perfect frame size.
What kind of warranty comes with a new bicycle?
All new bicycles are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, which typically includes a lifetime warranty on the frame for the original owner and one year on components against defects.
How much does shipping cost for full-sized bikes?
We offer flat-rate ground shipping of $49 for all adult bicycles within the continental US. Smaller accessories and apparel orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
